At Via Brazil, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all labels, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at info@viabrazil.se and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@viabrazil.se and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
